On Sunday, authorities in Washington recaptured an escaped asylum inmate, a criminally insane killer who made off during a hospital field trip to the Spokane County fair.
Just thinking out loud here, but they may want to rethink that policy and, I dunno....KEEP THE CRIMINALLY INSANE KILLERS LOCKED UP???
Kind of a radical notion, I suppose, but it might work.
