I'll start off with this little piece. It was forwarded to me by a friend, who got the original from a defense lawyer his firm uses for business. The lawyer's name and company have been removed for obvious reasons: Cook County is full of Hussein's lackeys and Richie Daley's men, and I don't want to cause this guy undue hassle in court for something I posted on a blog. But I've compared his comments to the actual points in the document he speaks of, and they're dead on. The link to the proposed bill is here.

Sec. 122, pg. 29, lines 4-16: YOUR HEALTH CARE WILL BE RATIONED!
Sec. 123, pg. 30: THERE WILL BE A GOVERNMENT COMMITTEE deciding what treatments and benefits you get. (Shouldn't someone like, I dunno, medical professionals be deciding what treatments you get?)
Sec. 142, pg. 42: The Health Choices Commissioner will choose your benefits for you. You have no choice! (Lousy fucker.)
Sec. 152, pgs. 50-51: Health Care will be provided to ALL NON-US CITIZENS! (Great.)
SEC. 152: PROHIBITING DISCRIMINATION IN HEALTH CARE: a) In General - Except as otherwise explicitly permitted by this Act and by subsequent regulations consistent with this Act, all health care and related services (including insurance coverage and public health activities) covered by this Act shall be provided without regard to personal characteristics extraneous to the provision of high-quality health care or related services. b) Implementation - To implement the requirement set forth in subsection (a), the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall, not later than 18 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, promulgate such regulations as are necessary or appropriate to ensure that all health care and related services (including insurance coverage and public health activities) covered by this Act are provided (whether directly or through contractual, licensing, or other arrangements) without regard to personal characteristics extraneous to the provision of high-quality health care or related services. This means all illegals (personal characteristics extraneous) are entitled to American health care. Up to you if you believe this is right and we can afford it... (So the freaking wetbacks are already the ones clogging up the system, but let's make it legal for them to fuck shit up even more!)
Sec. 163, pgs. 58-59, beginning at line 5: Government will have real-time access to individual finances and a National Health Care Card will be issued. (So when we go to the bank to see what the government has done with our money, we'll be met by some neo-SS punk asking "Papers, please..."?)
Sec. 163, pg. 59, lines 21-24: Government will have direct access to your bank accounts for electronic funds transfer. (I notice they don't say "for deposit of funds", which makes me wonder which way the funds will be transferred.)
Sec. 164, pg. 65: is a payoff subsidized plan for retirees and their families in unions and community organizations (ACORN). (What about their pension plans??? FUCK THE UNIONS AND ACORN. Let them figure it out like the rest of us, the pricks.)
Sec 201, pg. 74, lines 8-14: The government is creating an HC exchange to bring private plans under government control. (In other words, abolishing private health care.)
Sec. 203, pg. 84: Government mandates ALL benefit packages for private health care plans in the exchange. (Sounds like a pretty shitty exchange to me.)
Sec. 203, pg. 85, line 7: Specifications of benefit levels for plans means that the government will define your HC plan and has the ability to ration your health care. (But they're not trying to abolish private insurance. Really. Honest.)
Sec. 205, pg. 95, lines 8-18: The government will use groups (like ACORN & AmeriCorps) to inform and educate (sign up) individuals for the government plan. (Will there be some sort of fine for punching ass-hat ACORN shills in the mouth when they ring your doorbell. Aren't they trepassing?)
Sec. 205, pg. 102, lines 12-18: Medicaid-eligible individuals will automatically be enrolled in Medicaid. No freedom to choose. (We're going to keep beating this dead-thru-Obamacare horse and tell you that you really will honestly have a choice.)
Sec. 223, pg. 124, lines 24-25: No company can sue the government for price-fixing. No "administrative of judical review" against a government monopoly. (We'll do what we want, and to hell with you.)
Sec. 225, pg. 127, lines 1-16: Doctors - the government will tell YOU what you can make. "The Secretary shall provide for the annual participation of physicians under the public health insurance option, for which payment may be made for services furnished during the year." (Hang around all these sick people and cure their ills, and maybe we'll throw you a few bucks at the end of the year. That is REALLY going to put a crimp in the whole fast cars/hot chicks mystique of doctors. Who the hell is going to want to go to medical school?)
Sec. 312, pg. 145, lines 15-17: Employers MUST auto-enroll employees into public option plan. (Someone find the "choice" and bring it to light, quick! Anyone...anyone...?)
Sec. 313, pg. 149, lines 16-23: Any employer with a payroll of $400,000 and above who does not provide public option pays 8% tax on all payrolls. (Even if you have a better plan than this BFI-HC, you have to help pay for the pile of shit.)
Sec. 313, pg. 150, lines 9-13: Businesses with a payroll between $251,000 and $400,000 who do not provide a public option pay 2-6% tax on all payrolls. (Wait a minute...if the government wants to have this state-run bullshit around, why are they putting the onus on employers? Shouldn't they just have neighborhood offices for people to wander into? Oh, that's right...they're out to ruin capitalism as well as your health!)
Sec. 401.59B, pg. 167, lines 18-23: ANY individual who does not have acceptable care, according to government, will be taxed 2.5% of income. (Acceptable care, of course, being the gov'mint poop.)
Sec. 59B, pg. 170, line 1: Any NONRESIDENT alien is exempt from individual taxes. (Americans will pay for their health care.) (Ever just want to strangle someone until their eyes literally pop out of their head and you feel their neck vertebrae crunch under your fingers? Just asking...hey, look, an Obama Democrat!)
Sec. 431, pg. 195, lines 1-3: Officers and employees of HC Administration (government) will have access to ALL Americans financial and personal records. (And these are the people that bitched about the Patriot Act?)
Sec. 441, pg. 203, lines 14-15: "The tax imposed under this section shall not be treated as tax." Yes, it says that. (In a unique flash of honesty, it will be treated as the flat-out highway robbery it is.)
Our lawyer friend has a dozen or so other points, but I'm sure by now that you get the gist. Anyone who can read through this, and compare the notes to the text, as it were, and still think socialized medicine is a good idea is absolutely deranged. De-fucking-ranged.
