Colleen Kelley, president of the National Treasury Employees Union, on learning that Hussein (in an almost unique flash of smarts) has limited the pay raises of federal employees to 2% for 2010, while the military is slated for either 2.9% or 3.4% raises, offered this gem:
"...civilian and military workers...deserve the same percentage pay increases."
I quote Ranger Steve directly: "There is not a civilian employee, not one, that deserves a pay raise equal to a soldier!"
