I just finished giving out today's shit-head award, and now Ranger Steve sends me this: a homeowner's association in Virginia wants a 90-year-old veteran, a Colonel with 20 medals, including a Medal of Honor and 3 Purple Hearts, to take down the flagpole in his yard because it is not "aesthetically appropriate".
I'm pissed off for two reasons:
1. This is total bullshit, and the homeowner's association should shut their freakin' pie holes.
2. Now I have to come up with a new award on the fly, because Ranger Steve wasn't 5 minutes quicker with his emailing.
So, without further ado, I award the Sussex Square Homeowner's Association the inaugural Ranger Steve Red Jackass Award, given for donkey-brained commie bullshit like hassling a 90-year-old vet about his flagpole.
Story here, with a nod to Ranger Steve, even though he put me on the spot to be clever in a pinch.
I eagerly await his undoubtedly colorful comment.
quite honestly I have lost all tolerance for ignorant un-American Americans. this shouldn't make it to the courts...it should be handled buy a bunch of younger Vets in such a manner that the leader of this outfit be strung up the very flagpole in question buy thier balls, set the pole on fire, then hand them a pair of scissors...
