The UN World Food Program is asking for increased funding through 2011, despite the fact that the "global crisis" has passed, which is U.N. parlance for "enough people have died due to our gross incompetence so there's more food to go around".
But that doesn't stop them from yowling for more cash. I guess Hussein's brother-in-law needs more funding for his regime.
