I wonder what kind of deal Hussein had with the Chinese. And the Russians.
The Nobama administration saved GM by government bailout, just in time for GM to declare bankruptcy (if someone can tell me exactly how that works, I'd like to know), and announce plans to sell the Humvee line to the Chinese. That's right: the freakin' Chinese. GM also plans to sell a majority interest in its Opel unit in Europe to the Reds and the Canucks.
It's an all-out sale: Capitalism Must Go!
I could give a rat's ass about GM. The American car industry has shot themselves in the foot, repeatedly, by making inferior products with whiny, overpaid labor. But to let it be sold off piecemeal to foreign interests? That's a suicide pill stuffed with bullshit. Take back the bailout, and let American investors take it over the right way. Manufacture cars that can compete with the foreign models, and get rid of the fucking UAW and any other related unions that do nothing but muck up the works.
Atlas is starting to shrug so much he'll develop a tic before too much longer.
