I'm flipping through the paper this morning over breakfast, and after checking in on the important stuff, sports and the comics, I decide to gander through the front section. There's an article about Hussein's "virtual town forum", filled with all kinds of hopey-changey fiddle-faddle.
My first thought is: "virtual" town forum for a "virtual" prez. Makes sense to me. Another way he can control every aspect of a situation, and no one can get in to call him names or be mean to him or steal his lunch money or anything. Anyone else get the feeling that Barry got beaten up a lot as a kid? Well, maybe not. He seems more like one of those kids that throws rocks at your back then runs inside the house when you come after him. Anyway...
At the end of the article there is an interesting stat: one of the most popular questions asked, with a total of 2,139 of them, were questions concerning the legalization of marijuana. With the Pandora's Box of troubles that could be discussed, the Hemp Brigades have to lead the charge.
My question is: What does that tell you about Nobama's "grass"-roots support? No wonder he was able to bullshit his way to the White House: he had a bong party at the polls.
Not that I have anything in particular against bong parties. I've been to one or two but it was totally by accident. I always preferred to smoke my dope with a few select friends, not at parties. But once a wife and kids and responsibilities, and, well, a life, came over the horizon, I thought it better to put down the bong and let the haze clear. And call me old-fashioned, but I'm one of those people that think you should be casting votes with a clear head.
