Hello, My Fellow Americans,

Trite opening? Maybe, but I mean it. I couldn't be prouder to be an American. I love this country, I'm lucky to live here, to raise my children here. I will always be indebted to those who have and who continue to serve Our Great Nation, to protect our freedoms, even for those who hold them in disdain.

Those that hold America in disdain is why I've decided to begin this blog. I can no longer sit idly by and watch as the socialists who now hold power in this country try to ruin everything that thousands of brave men and women have fought and died to protect. I do not plan to submit quietly to living in the nanny state our current president wants to create. No United Soviets of America for me.

I despise Barack Hussein Obama and everything he and his marxist stooges stand for.

This blog is pro-gun, pro-life, pro-Israel, pro-conservative. It is anti-Obama, anti- politically correct, anti-socialist, and unabashedly anti-Islam.

It won't all be politics, but a lot of it will be. The trash the MSM trowels out on a daily basis won't get much play here. I'm a member in good standing of the Right Wing Resistance, so be warned. I'm not pulling any punches here. I'll piss a lot of people off, and use foul language when I think it's necessary. Everyone may be entitled to their own opinion, but I'm entitled to tell you I think you're wrong if I disagree. I make "value judgements" right and left, because if we can't hold on to our values, what's left to hold on to?

Well, enough on that.

I'll be rambling on about whatever else fills my head on any given day. Sports, literature, music, event horizons, garden gnomes, my kids, my dog, my guns. I hope you'll enjoy it, or at least be moved to think. Hate me if you want: I won't lose a second of sleep.
